Description: HARVEST & CELLAR TREATMENT: The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed and left to cold macerate on the skins for 24 hours in stainless steel tanks at 12Cº. After maceration the grapes were pressed and fermented cool at 13-15Cº to ensure a fresh primary fruit bouquet and light pink colour. TASTING NOTES: This Rosé is a vibrant fruity wine with a lively pink hue and aromas of red berry fruit reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries.
