This cuvée was created in 1864 as a light rosé with an unusually fine froth. It was christened "Crémant rosé", another innovation in Champagne thanks to Joseph de Venoge. Produced after the classic Champagne fashion with a blend of Pinot Noir red wine and white wines made from the three grape varieties, it is perfect served as an aperitif on a sunny day or poured over red berry fruits or with something more adventurous such as stewed lobster in truffled seafood cream. De Venoge rosé comes in a clear glass bottle so as to reveal its beautiful colour. The label shows Yvonne de Venoge, Marquess de Mun, at table with her husband and evokes her appreciation of this particular champagne. De Venoge rosé should be drunk young. Contrary to most of our other cuvées we do not recommend that it should be cellared over a long period. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: This Champagne is produced by blending the grapes and letting nature taint the wine before it enters the famous Pannier cellars for a minimum of 3 years ageing. This method is called Saignee and only a handful of Houses where the quest for quality and savour permit the winemaker to take a risk in doing this. A faint pink almost Salmon couloured champagne this is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. A real Rose full of fresh flavours with great sophistication and balance leading to an enjoyable and long finish. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: Benoît Marguet-Bonnerave is devoted to organic viticulture and fascinated by the mechanics of vinification.His rosé just seems to get better and better.The ladies will adore this charming Pink Champagne. It offers all the ripe berry flavours and elegant bubbles required to for celebrations in style. Benoît is working towards biodynamism in the vineyards and has been particularly successful with his Rosé, made from 20% Chardonnay , 40% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier by the saignée method. With the exception of the family vineyards on top of the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, all the other grapes come from other growers, mainly in Premier Cru villages such as Chigny les Roses and Villedommange. The Champagne House of Marguet is located in Ambonnay, next to its parent House (12 x 75 cl)

Description: Made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the Premier Cru of Vertus. The beautiful salmon-pink colour is obtained by the practice of 'Saignee' or 'bleeding' the juice from the skins with only a short period of contact after crushing, a method only used by a few Houses today. Devaux D de DEVAUX Le Rose Brut Non Vintage ROSE Champagne
Description: Founded in 1846 by the brothers Jules and Auguste Devaux, the Champagne House of Devaux was taken over by Madame Augusta Devaux, one of Champagne's great characters who ran the company with much energy and skill. The positive impact that she made on the company lead it to be renamed Maison Veuve Devaux when she died. Today the House of Veuve A. Devaux is located in the magnificent setting of Domaine de Villeneuve and is part of co-operative that has some 800 growers contributing to the blends, making it the largest Champagne house in the region. Located in the Aube area of the Champagne region, Devaux has stayed true to its roots with this great rose. (6 x 75 cl)
