Sacred Hill was inspired by the name given by a local hermit to the low rocky outcrop that overlooks the Riverine plain. The hermit, who now has almost mythical status in the region, inhabited a cave in the hillside for many years. This blend is a pale straw colour with vibrant green hues showing a bouquet of sweet musk, rose petal and citrus aromas that are evident on the nose. This wine displays intense floral, musk flavours and ends with crisp citrus notes to balance the generous sweet fruit. (12 x 75 cl)
