Chateau Gres Saint Paul GRANGE PHILIPPE Coteaux du Languedoc AOC
Description: During the Middle Ages a small church was erected along the antique Domitian Way between Nimes and Montpellier in the heart of Languedoc Roussillon and named Saint-Paul de Cabrieres. Out of respect to this bygone monument the domain that was built on its ruins bears its name today: Chateau Gres-Saint Paul. Property of the Serviere family since 1830, the 26 ha of vineyards are situated in the commune of Lunel bordering the Mediterranean Sea and overlooking the Camargue and Etang de L'Or. The annual rainfall ranges betwween 600 and 700 mm with uneven distribution where there are 50 to 70 rainless days in summer. During the scorching summer heat the terroir benefits from the evening cool breezes off the nearby Mediterranean Sea, while this cool microclimate at an altitude of almost 50 meters allows the wine to obtain extremely fine aromas. A deep red coloured wine it is a blend of 60% Syrah 30% Grenache & 10% Mourvedre. This wine is briming with dark fruit aromas and flavours with a touch of spice as well as a long finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Saint Clair TUATARA BAY Pinot Noir NZ
Description: Saint Clair is owned by Neal and Judy Ibbotson, two of Marlborough's earliest vineyard pioneers, who planted their first vines in 1978. Grapes were originally supplied to local wine companies. However, a desire to extend the quality achieved in the vineyard through to the finished wine, led to the establishment of Saint Clair Estate Wines. The Saint Clair name originates from the main vineyard property, which was originally settled by the 'Sinclair' family. James Sinclair built one of the first homes in Blenheim and was closely associated with the development of the early town. With the passage of time the name reverted to the original, Saint Clair. The Saint Clair label, designed by Graphic Designer Tony Ibbotson of Sydney, depicts the golden glow of the hidden Marlborough valley with the halo silhouetted above. The Tuatara Bay Pinot Noir is a modern fruity styled wine. (12 x 75 cl)
