Domaine Paul Doucet et Fils Sancerre Blanc AC
Description: Located 6 km from Sancerre and 50 km north/west from the town of Bourges in the village of Sury en Vaux and Saint-Gemmes. This is a family estate, started in 1975 with 5 hectares, there are now 11 hectares split between 10 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc for the white wine and 1 hectare of Pinot Noir for the red wine and rose. Attractive pale gold colour this Sancerre has aromas full of fruit rather than minerals that is so typical of the Appellation. The palate is rich, fruity and shows great length. (12 x 75 cl)

Chateau Gres Saint Paul GRANGE PHILIPPE Rose Vin de Pays d'Oc
Description: During the Middle Ages a small church was erected along the antique Domitian Way between Nimes and Montpellier in the heart of Languedoc Roussillon and named Saint-Paul de Cabrieres. Out of respect to this bygone monument the domain that was built on its ruins bears its name today: Chateau Gres-Saint Paul. Property of the Serviere family since 1830, the 26 ha of vineyards are situated in the commune of Lunel bordering the Mediterranean Sea and overlooking the Camargue and Etang de L'Or. The annual rainfall ranges betwween 600 and 700 mm with uneven distribution where there are 50 to 70 rainless days in summer. During the scorching summer heat the terroir benefits from the evening cool breezes off the nearby Mediterranean Sea, while this cool microclimate at an altitude of almost 50 meters allows the wine to obtain extremely fine aromas. This is a Rose produced from 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache with a stylish dry red fruit flavour and enoyable dry finish. (12 x 75 cl)
