| Description: |
 |
Produced by Australia's second oldest family of winemakers, the Potts family, in Langhorne Creek near Adelaide. The cooler climate here ensures a ripe yet restrained and characterful red. Blending Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon together is classically Australian and this wine is a great example of how these two varieties complement each other so well. Comprising 51% Shiraz and 49% Cabernet Sauvignon the wine displays rich ripe plummy, berry and spice characters from the Shiraz complemented with fragrant herb and mint flavours from the Cabernet. Fine tannins lengthen the palate and tasty oak, from 12 months maturation in french and american oak barrels, adds further complexity to the blend. (12 x 75 cl)
