As with the Bay of Fires range, fruit for Tigress is sourced across Tasmania, taking advantage of diverse viticultural conditions and enabling the selection of only the most premium parcels from each region. 100% PinotNoir it is a vibrant cherry red colour with a perfumed cherry and raspberry nose. Cherry and raspberry flavours follow through from the aromas while the wine has a soft, round and generous mouth feel. The Silky tannin and good length make this an elegant wine.
