Description: Modern and freshly fruited offering plump cherries and plums, laced with vanilla. 100% Sangiovese. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks over 10-12 days. Malolactic fermentation is practised. 8-9 months maturation in 20 hl oak casks. The estate covers an area of 150 hectares, situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico district, in the municipality of Greve in Chianti.
