Description: Six Grapes is one of Graham's original Port blends and is thus one of the Company's oldest marks. It is a very full-bodied, luscious wine drawn from the same vineyards as Graham's Vintage Ports. Blended from two or three years' harvests, the wine is an average of five to six years old when bottled. It follows the Graham's Vintage style very closely, although it has softened more quickly by being matured in oak casks rather than in bottle. Its extremely rich fruity style makes it a truly superb, rare and appealing Port. The rather curious depiction on the bottle of bunches of grapes has always been used to identify the "Six Grapes" blend. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: The history of Bodegas Pinord can be traced back to the time when, over one hundred and fifty years ago, the Tetas family began making white and red wines on their estate in Sant Cugat Sesgarrigues from grapes they themselves had grown. Even at that time they produced and aged the wines using the most traditional methods employed in the region. In 1942, Jose Maria Tetas set up the current winery in Vilafranca del Penedès, just four kilometres from the original estate. Having inherited the family methods and traditions, it has gradually grown until it has now become one of the most highly reputed wineries in the region. Tempranillo 90%, Cabernet 10% has produced a plum red coloured wine with dark ruby overtones. An intense aroma harking back to the aging in the barrel and the smell of ripe fruit, recalling the Mediterranean grapes from which the wine is made. Light on the palate yet not lacking in body. Its tannins have been ennobled during the ageing period to leave a very pleasant after-taste. (12 x 75 cl)

Description: Brick red to tawny in colour; aromatic with hints of roses, tobacco and spices; on the palate rich and concentrated cherry and berry fruits, real weight and earthy, savoury complexity with long finish and firm, ripe tannins. Alasia Langhe Nebbiolo is produced from Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in The Langhe Hills around the town of Alba in the Piemonte region. The vineyards have a south westerly aspect and are situated at altitudes between 200 and 300m above sea level. The vines have an average age of 30 years. Planting density is 4000 to 4500 vines per hectare and the soil is limestone-clay. Piemonte low Guyot trellis system is used. Grapes are hand harvested between 10th to 15th October. (6 x 75 cl)

Araldica ALASIA Moscato d'Asti DOCG Piemonte
Description: A sweet, white wine with quite intense aromas of honey, flowers and fresh grapes. On the palate the wine reveals further fresh grape and citrus notes. A clean wine with refreshing acidity on the finish to balance the sweetness. The grapes for Araldica's Moscato d'Asti are sourced from their members' vineyards, in the Monferrato hills in the south of the province of Asti in the Piemonte region. The vineyards have a south westerly aspect and are at altitudes of between 250 and 400 m above sea level. Vines are grown in limestone-clay soil using the Piedmont low Guyot trellis. The average age of the vines is 30 years and the planting density 4000-4500 vines per ha. Yields are 77 hl per ha. The fruit is hand-harvested between 1st to (12 x 75 cl)

Description: The 50% Corvina Veronese, 40% Rondinella, and 10% Molinara grapes are harvested in October, then dried on the trellis for 4 months . Traditionally vinified with a very slow fermentation at low temperatures over a 3 to 4 month period, the wine is then aged for 4 years in Slavonian Oak casks. Deep garnet red colour with orange reflections. A strong and characteristic bouquet reminiscent of peach blossoms and raspberries. Warm, velvety and soft palate yet full bodied and well balanced. Description: 100% Corvina Veronese grapes hand harvested in October on the Capitel Della Crosara Estate located in the Negrar commune of the Valpolicella Region. The grapes for this single cru wine were grown using traditional methods eliminating the use of herbicides and insecticides. A traditional red wine vinification method was used with the unusual Ripasso practice of fermentation sur lies of the Amarone. The wine was then aged 12 months in Slovenian Oak casks and a further 3 to 4 months in Nevers barriques. Deep clear ruby red colour. A bouquet with typical almond and cinnamon tones. A strong dry velvety taste with scents of cherry, musk, spices and wood. (6 x 75 cl)
