The Famiglia Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with an intense red/purple colour and appealing perfumes of berries, spice, cedar and chocolate. On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with spicy berry and cedar flavours. Nicely balanced tannins and fruit give way to a long finish.

Description: The Particular wines are made from grapes selected from the best and oldest vineyards owned by Valentin Bianchi in San Rafael. This ‘Particular’ CabernetSauvignon has a good intensity, with deep colour and attractive perfumes of red fruits, particularly blackcurrant and plums. Full-bodied on the palate, with ripe tannins rounded out by the addition of the plummy Merlot and Syrah , this wine has nicely balanced oak and fruit, with a long finish. The Bianchi family winery was founded in 1928 by Italian immigrant Valentin Bianchi and now covers 350 hectares of vineyard. It is run by the third generation, headed by Enzo Bianchi. Description: A blend of 80% CabernetSauvignon and 20% Malbec. The grapes were hand-picked and crushed before fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. It is Intense black-red in colour, with perfumes of cassis and chocolate on the nose giving way to a robust but nicely balanced palate. Rounded ripe fruit with flavours of blackcurrants and blackberries are supported by soft, ripe tannins.
