Located in the Aube area of the Champagne region, Champagne Devaux has stayed true to its roots with the blends having a heavy leaning towards the softer Pinot Noir grape. This is reflected in the composition of the Champagne blend, made from 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay while it exclusively uses only the first pressing of the grapes. This stylish cuvee is then aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellars before release. A classic Piont Noir nose showing white flowers is followed by citrus fruits flavours on the palate. These provide balance and complexity to this elegant Champagne with an enjoyable finish. (6 x 75 cl)
