Description: Puerto De Santa Maria have conditions that allow a thicker layer of flor to develop than for Sherries made further in land. In Jerez, sherries from El Puerto De Santa Maria therefore age without any great level of oxidation and have distinctive taste and colour wth a great deal of delivery in style. This is an old wine that has the particularity of having both ageing processes. It was Fino during three years and then started the oxidation process for at least five years. Delicate brown colour and an iodine nose with punch. Light and delicate to taste with an excellent flavour and a rich dry finish. (12 x 75 cl)
