Noval Extra Dry White is a bright, golden colour with an almond nuttiness on the nose. It shows great, fresh-fruit character on the palate and some almond-vanilla character in the finish. In style it could be described as off-dry, but its crispness makes it the perfect summer aperitif. Traditionally at Noval it is served on the Quinta Terrace with almonds and olives produced on the estate, overlooking the spectacular view of the Douro valley. It is also great with tonic, fresh lemon and mint, a delicious alternative to Pimms. (12 x 75 cl)
