Walter is an eclectic type who has decided to produce premium wines in limited quantities. Bianco Colli tortonesi is bright yellow with hints of green in colour and uses oonly the Timorasso grape. The nose of the wine is exceptionally subtle, even shut down, in the mouth it is bone dry, crisp with fresh fruit and a really hard flintly style so clean and long that one can already feel its true potential. Glen Carlou was established in 1985 by one of the country’s most revered winemakers, the pioneering Walter Finlayson.
