Every year the fruit has showed vibrant and intense flavours and characters that they look for in the variety and this vintage lives up to this. Very pale straw in colour with lively green tinges, this Sauvignon Blanc is showing a very fresh canned pea and cut grass aromas, with a touch of fragrant spice and hints of nettle leaf. The palate offers layers of lemons and fresh cut herb flavours with long, flinty textures, while it finishes with lingering flavours and a zesty natural acidity.
