The palate is lively and refreshing with generous citrus fruit flavours and a hint of ripe tropical fruits on the finish. This wine is great from current drinking and for those who enjoy the subtle toast and honey flavours of aged Riesling wines, this wine will cellar well for 5-8 years.Gentle processing of the grapes, using only the clearest free-run juice and following this up with a cool, even fermentation has resulted in a wine that is amazingly fresh in flavour.
