Description: The wine has a ruby red colour, delicate almond bouquet and a dry, velvety flavour. An outstanding example of how good Valpolicella can be. Grape Varieties 70% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rondinella, 5% Sangiovese & 5% Molinara Maturation and Vinification Hand harvested from 24 year old vines situated in the Sant' Ambrogio hills. Following the harvest, the grapes are delicately pressed.
