Description: A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Malbec. The grapes were hand-picked and crushed before fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. It is Intense black-red in colour, with perfumes of cassis and chocolate on the nose giving way to a robust but nicely balanced palate. Rounded ripe fruit with flavours of blackcurrants and blackberries are supported by soft, ripe tannins.
