Description: Sacred Hill was inspired by the name given by a local hermit to the low rocky outcrop that overlooks the Riverine plain. The hermit, who now has almost mythical status in the region, inhabited a cave in the hillside for many years. This blend is a pale straw colour with vibrant green hues showing a bouquet of sweet musk, rose petal and citrus aromas that are evident on the nose. This wine displays intense floral, musk flavours and ends with crisp citrus notes to balance the generous sweet fruit. (12 x 75 cl)

Description: This Sweet Red is a dessert wine made from a blend of Tinta Amarella grown on the Fairview farm near Darling, and Shiraz from Paarl. The wine is fortified with 5 year old brandy spirits and aged in used oak barrels for approximately 8 months, before bottling. The Sweet Red has great depth of vibrant red colour with perfumes of violets and black cherries on the nose.
