Mumm CUVEE NAPA Brut Californian Sparkling Wine
Description: Cuvee Napa by Mumm is produced from mainly Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, selected from more than 50 different vineyards including the famed Winery Lake. Roughly half the fruit comes from the Carneros region, renowned growing area for Burgundian varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Grapes from individual vineyards are kept separate during initial fermentation in order to highlight vineyard differences and best highlight their unique characteristics. Light golden in colour, Cuvee Napa by Mumm has touches of melon and toasty vanilla on the nose and the palate. With firm acidity and a good crisp structure, it is medium bodied, has an excellent mousse and a rich, lingering finish. (6 x 75 cl)

Mumm CUVEE NAPA Blanc de Blanc Californian Sparkling Wine
Description: You'll note a persistent stream of very fine bubbles. The aroma is a fresh blend of fruits; golden delicious apples, pear and citrus lemon complex, with a light "bread rising" accent and faint nuances of toasted nuts which add to the complexity. The Chardonnay in the blend provides crisp acidity, citrus notes and structure as well as the signature faint greenish gold color. The Pinot Gris provides a complement of fuller fruit and spice components. The result is a distinctive, attractive combination of refreshing crispness, with a depth one would not expect from a wine with such a delicate color. (6 x 75 cl)
