Canard-Duchene GRANDE CUVEE CHARLES VII Brut Non Vintage Champagne
Description: Created to mark Canard-Duchene's centenary in 1968, the Grande Cuvee is named after King Charles VII of France who was crowned in Reims Cathedral by Joan of Arc. Sourced from the most prestigious Crus of Champagne, this is a blend of three exceptional vintages. The subtle bouquet has floral and mineral qualities, and the acidity is beautifully balanced by the richness of the fruit. "Canard-Duchene was a surprise because it has quite a developed nose combined with a lively, racy lemon dominated palate, good depth of flavours and a very fresh finish. From the price point of view it is great value." . (12 x 75 cl)
