Description: The fruit for this wine is carefully selected at the end of September and the beginning of October. Once picked the grapes are collected in small baskets where they wither for more than two months in a special environment. Once fermented the grapes are aged in oak where the unique aroma develops and are bottle aged before release. Golden-bright yellow coloured wine with soft amber reflections there are intense, complex aromas of yellow pulp fruit, honey, date, candy fruit and a light touch of vanilla, so tipical of the original wine-yard. Sweet and velvety, full and with a good structure, persisting and harmonic this is a well made wine to savour. (6 x 50 cl) Price: £117.54
