Vina CarmenCabernetSauvignon Maipo Valley Chile Description: Winemaker Comments: A bright ruby color with intense aromas of red and black fruits like cherries, blackberries, raspberries and cassis. Intense in fruit, soft in tannins, full body and lingering finish. • Winemaking techniques: The grapes were hand harvest between the middle of April and May. The grapes remained with the skins for one week at 2ºC cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC to 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation took place naturally in tanks and barrels. 30% of the wine aged in French and American oak for 6 months. After, this portion of the wine was blended with the stainless steel wine, then fined and bottled. (12 x 75 cl) Price: £93.17

Vina Carmen RESERVE CabernetSauvignon Maipo Valley Chile Description: Winemaker Comments: The wine shows a deep and bright ruby colour with complex aromas of an intense ripe cassis jam, plums and blackberries, vanilla and toasty nuances. On the palate the wine has lots of peppery and rich black fruits, spicy rich flavours with fine structure and firm tannins. A fine ageing wine. Winemaking techniques: The grapes were hand harvested from 36 year old vines in our estate vineyards at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, and were selected prior to crushing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC with a total maceration period of 25 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in tanks and in barrels. The wine aged in French and American oak barriques for a period of 12 months. After bottling, the wine aged for additional 6 months prior to its release. (1 x 3 Litres) Price: £64.35

Vina Carmen RESERVE Carmenere CabernetSauvignon Maipo Valley Chile Description: Winemaker Comments: The wine shows a beautiful deep ruby colour, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, cassis, cream, mint, cacao and an intense spicy character. The balance of fruit and tannins is perfect, soft and ripe. It is a full, deep and meaty wine, medium to full-bodied and offers a very long aftertaste. Winemaking techniques: The grapes were hand-harvested and then selected and crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC, with a total maceration period of 15 days. After the skins were pressed, malolactic fermentation occurred naturally. The wine was blended, then aged in American oak and French oak barriques for a period of 6 months. Vina CarmenSauvignon Blanc Curico Chile Description: • Winemaker Comments: An intense Sauvignon Blanc with fresh fruity aromas of citrus, pineapple and herbal character. In the palate shows volume and good concentration fruity flavours and persistence. • Harvest and Production: The grapes for this wine came from three different valleys: Rapel , Curicó and Maipo . The grapes were selected and crushed. 60% of the grapes remained with the skins for 4 hours at 4ºC, while the rest of the grapes were directly pressed. The juice was well clarified and then fermented at 14ºC in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine remained with its lees for one month. After the blend, the wine was bottled young to preserve the fresh fruity varietal charecter. (12 x 75 cl) Price: £93.17
