Description: Winemaker Comments: The wine shows a deep and bright ruby colour with complex aromas of an intense ripe cassis jam, plums and blackberries, vanilla and toasty nuances. On the palate the wine has lots of peppery and rich black fruits, spicy rich flavours with fine structure and firm tannins. A fine ageing wine. Winemaking techniques: The grapes were hand harvested from 36 year old vines in our estate vineyards at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, and were selected prior to crushing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC with a total maceration period of 25 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in tanks and in barrels. The wine aged in French and American oak barriques for a period of 12 months. After bottling, the wine aged for additional 6 months prior to its release. (1 x 3 Litres) Price: £64.35

Description: Winemaker Comments: The wine shows a beautiful deep ruby colour, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, cassis, cream, mint, cacao and an intense spicy character. The balance of fruit and tannins is perfect, soft and ripe. It is a full, deep and meaty wine, medium to full-bodied and offers a very long aftertaste. Winemaking techniques: The grapes were hand-harvested and then selected and crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC, with a total maceration period of 15 days. After the skins were pressed, malolactic fermentation occurred naturally. The wine was blended, then aged in American oak and French oak barriques for a period of 6 months. Following to bottling, the wine aged in our cellar for additional 4 months prior to release. (6 x 75 cl) Price: £69.14

Description: Winemaker Comments: It has the fruit intensity and character of a Reserve range. A bright yellow-greenish colour with intense herbaceous characters, a hint of mineral notes; citric and tropical fruit flavours. A full palate, naturally balanced with its fruit acidity to provide a lingering finish. Vineyards and Winemaking : The grapes were hand harvested from our own premium selection of vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. The canopy of the vines was managed to provide greater fruit exposure to the warm morning temperatures, but also preventing overexposure of fruits to the afternoon sun. Irrigation was controlled to allow vines to accumulate sugars, but preventing an excessive vegetative growth. The combination of soil, sun exposure and climate in each of the vineyards provide the components to the final blend and produce the distinctive characteristics of Casablanca Sauvignon blanc. The juice was fermented in vats with selected yeasts. Temperature was kept at an average of 13ºC, which produces a long and gentle fermentation process. After fermentation the wines were left on its lees for two months. Then the wines were racked, blended, gently fined and bottled. (6 x 75 cl) Price: £55.92

Description: This wine is a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Shiraz that is almost opaque with a sweet nose of ripe dark fruits and hint of peppery spice. The palate is medium to full bodied with bags of rich fruit character, soft tannins and a long, concentrated finish. Ashbury Grove range is made by Kingston Estate, based at Kingston-On-Murray which is approximately 220 km from Adelaide in South Australia. Kingston Estate was founded by Sarantos and Constantina Moularadellis, who developed their 40 acre. Today Kingston Estate is the 10th largest wine producer in Australia and remains one of Australia's largest family-owned wineries. Sourced from vineyards in the Riverland area of South Australia, where Kingston Estate have been developing their vineyards since 1998. The Shiraz was harvested from selected vineyards in mid March at optimal fruit ripeness while the Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested in late March to early April to allow rich ripe fruit characters to develop. The parcels of grapes were kept separate throughout fermentation before being blended and oak matured. The aim was for a seamless integration of the Cabernet fruit structure and flavour intensity with the richness and warmth of Shiraz. . (12 x 75 cl) Price: £103.64
