Cattier CLOS du MOULIN Ier Cru Champagne
Description: A stright mix of 50 % Pinot Noir and 50 % Chardonnay, the fruit is produced from the vineyard Clos du Moulin situated close to Chigny-les-Roses. Always composed of 3 vintages selected for their quality and capacity for a long ageing the production of each cuvee is limited between 15 to 20 000 bottles that are all numbered. Displaying a gold slightly copper colour the nose is both discrete and delicate with notes of small red fruits. In the mouth it is light and fine. The aromas of fresh butter and brioche bread abound as this matured Champagne is ample and long finish. (6 x 75 cl)

With the exception of the family vineyards on top of the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, all the other grapes come from other growers, mainly in Premier Cru villages such as Chigny les Roses and Villedommange. Description: This Champagne is a blend of 75 % Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 25 % Chardonnay. Gold almost amber in colour there are aromas of flowers, white fruits showing some touches of citrus fruits. Fresh, vinous displaying dried fruits and brioche bread flavours it is long in the mouth on the finish. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: A blend of /3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pinot Meunier and 1/3 Chardonnay it has a yellow almost golden colour. The nose is subtle and elegant with aromas of brioche bread and dried fruits.
