Description: This Champagne is produced by blending the grapes and letting nature taint the wine before it enters the famous Pannier cellars for a minimum of 3 years ageing. This method is called Saignee and only a handful of Houses where the quest for quality and savour permit the winemaker to take a risk in doing this. A faint pink almost Salmon couloured champagne this is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. A real Rose full of fresh flavours with great sophistication and balance leading to an enjoyable and long finish. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: This is a salmon-pink coloured cuvee and is the result of a traditional blend to which Pannier's Cellar Master has added a touch of red wine from the vineyards of the Champagne area. This added touch of red wine gives this Rose Champagne a pleasant hint of ripe red fruits, including Cherry and Raspberry, while maintaining balance and finesse. Description: In 1811, Jean Ackerman left Champagne to settle in Saumur, in the Loire Valley, where he found the ideal climatic conditions and soil for implementing the unique, traditional method that he knew would give spectacular results. Today, Ackerman remains faithful to its founder and closely monitors the preparation of base wines using rich, concentrated grapes from Saumur, Vouvray and Loire Valley vineyards, then ensures they are perfectly blended.
