Rich chardonnay flavours with only a hint of oak reflecting the oak barrels in which the wine has aged for nine months but of which only 30% is new oak. The wine imparts delicate flavours of exotic fruits such as pineapple, grapefruit and mango with a long and aromatic aftertaste. SOURCE : The central part of the Cote de Beaune produces some of the most renowned white wines in the world and the wines from the village of Puligny Montrachet are one of the most excellent examples.
