Harvesting at full maturity in part by hand, the grapes, Merlot 75%, Cabernet Franc 20%, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, are sorted manually on a vibrated table. Vinification in temperature- controlled stainless steel vats this wine has a long maceration, 80% in oak barrels and bottled at the château. Possessing a ruby red color with amber highlights and discrete, smooth wood with notes of vanilla and red berries nose. It is supple on the palate, the entry is intense with good acidity, plenty of volume is supported by a velvety tannic structure. (12 x 75 cl)
