Cherubino Valsangiacomo CASTILLO de BETERA Red Valencia
Description: Tasting notes: Ruby red in colour with a hint of purple youth. Vibrant red fruit on the nose and palate with firm yet round tannins. The wine is medium to full bodied with a good length. Bobal: A dark grape. It is a vigorous and rustic vine-stock, larger sized with high productivity producing abundant musts being well balanced and with relatively high acidity. This grape produces high quality red and rose wine of intense colour and with a considerable fruity aroma. Monastrell: Considered to be one of the best varieties of dark grape from Spain. A medium sized vine-stock, very rustic and low production but very resistant to the drought. Cultivated in the sub zone Clariano, this variety produces a very sweet must from which great quality wines are obtained with higher alcohol, intense colour and great aroma. The ageing process is very rapid. (12 x 75 cl)
