Description: The wine produced by Sertoli Salis combine the typical characteristics of the Valtellina region with style, quality and prestige. The wines are the result of a rigorous selection of vineyards located in the best areas for climate and land, together with careful choice of the grapes, bringing back the ancient concept of 'Board Selection' according to which every single bunch is evaluated and only the best one are destineted to production of premium quality wines. Claudio Introini, the long serving oenologist has produced a blend from the local grapes Rossola and Pignola Valtellinese that are becoming more and more rare in Valtellina. While the traditional red grapes varieities of the region have been used in an unusual twist this is an enjoyable white wine! (6 x 75 cl)
