Louis Roederer BLANC de BLANC Vintage Champagne
Description: The nose is subtle, revealing aromas of almonds and very ripe fruit such as melon and white peach with a hint of warm brioche. The attack is generous, complemented by a rich, fleshy texture. The taste of brioche ties in notes of dried fruit. The finish is long and powerful. The Blanc de Blancs vintage is only produced in the best years and in small quantities coming from a selection of the most prestigious Louis Roederer vineyards in the Côte des Blancs region. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation and its pressure is reduced to four kilograms, instead of the usual six in order to preserve its delicacy and freshness. (6 x 75 cl)
