The grapes are macerated for 25-30 days and the juice is aged in a mixture of barriques and foudres for 14-18 months. This has produced a wine displaying a saturated purple colour, dense and powerful in the mouth with explosive black plums and sweet fig fruit, black spices, soy, grilled meat, huge tannins.
