Palate: The palate exhibits intense gooseberry and full tropical fruit flavours with delicacy and freshness, balanced with good acidity. Cellaring: Enjoy this wine now whilst young and fruity or cellar for up to two years. Winemaking: Fruit for this very fresh, aromatic wine style is machine picked at night when the air is cooler and gently pressed at the winery. The juice is clarified and fermented at cool temperatures for 4 weeks. The youthful wine is then fined and filtered directly to bottle ready for immediate enjoyment.
