Domaine du Pech is situated on the slopes of Sainte-Colombe-en-Bruilhois in the extreme south east of the appellation. Viticulture is 'lutte raisonnee' and no fertilizers have been used for twenty years while only natural yeasts and bacteria are used and the wines are bottled without filtration. This has produced a wine composed of Merlot , Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc that has striking prune and leather aromas. (12 x 75 cl)

Chateau Pech-Latt Selection Vielles Vignes Corbieres
Description: Organic. Top wine of the estate made by selecting grapes from lower yielding old vines only, comprising predominantly Carignan, Grenache and Mourvedre. Aged in oak the resulting wine is wonderfully full-bodied, with intense black fruit and creamy sweet oak. "An oak-aged blend of Carignan, Grenache and Mourvedre that is consistently among my favourite organic reds.
