A Golden yellow coloured wine, it displays subtle, elegant Gewurztraminer aromas. Delicate spice and fruity, this wine is enhanced by hints of smoke and a dash of pepper while developing fragrances of violets, apricots, tropical fruit and roses. Its scents are reflected in the flavours, sustained by hints of ultra-ripe grapes. Supple and fresh, this is a fruity, rich, highly expressive wine with an impressive structure.

Four generations of Dopff succeeded each other in this line until Jean Dopff, two centuries later, took up the profession of 'gourmet', that is to say a wine merchant under oath.
