Very deep red in colour, it has a bouquet of ripe red fruits balanced with hints of oak. The flavour is ample and rich with hints of chocolate and black fruits, round and long on the palate. Paolo Giusti and Fabio Zanza started the refurbishment of the old winery Scopicci in the province of Pisa in 1995, transforming it from a winery dedicated to quantitative production to a new establishment producing high quality wines from low yelds vines. The transformarion was possible thanks to the enologist – agronomist Stefano Chioccioli. Dulcamara and Belcore are the first releases of this brand new winery (6 x 75 cl)
