Description:
Established in 1991, and set in 10 hectares of vineyards great care is taken in producing the wines of Quinta da Fonte do Ouro. The estate is divided into three plots, two in Mortagua and one in Nelas, here 90% of the vines are red, and over half are planted with the popular local varietal Touriga Nacional. This lovely red coloured wine is complemented by the oaky aromas from the use of barrel ageing. In the mouth it is showing good tannic structure, fruits flavours and complexity culminating in a soft and very long finish. (6 x 75 cl)
