The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques, 1/3 of which are new, and then spends 6 months in tank before bottling. This is a produced a dark, deep purpley in colour. Ripe and wonderfully balanced with smoke, meat and berry character, it is a very chewy, intense and full-bodied wine with polished tannins and a long, rich finish. Available in Magnum bottles.
