Made with gloriously ripe fruit and bottled by hand without fining or filtration, many of the cuvees are also bottled without the addition of any sulphur in order to keep the yeasts and microflora alive. This is non-interventionist, minimalist wine-making par excellence. La Sagesse is a blend of 95% Grenache and 5% Syrah showing an expansive, intensely fragrant Cotes du Rhone with a chewy texture and a medicinal flavour. (6 x 75 cl)
