Domaine Jean-Pierre Grossot Chablis AC
Description: Corinne and Jean-Pierre Grossot are the third generation of winemakers from this family owned domaine, where they cultivate 13 hectres of Chablis Appellation Controlée vineyards. The grapes are hand harvested, gently pressed to achieve the fullest extraction of flavors and aromas. The juice ferments very slowly at low, controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After a first racking, the new wines age in stainless steel only, which is traditional for Chablis. Finally the bottling takes place 1 year after the harvest. This Chablis has lively fruit aromas and flavours, with the fruity acidity and bouquet in perfect balance. Available in Half Bottles. (12 x 37.5 cl)
