Description: The Joven is the typical unoaked Rioja made from a blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Viura and is almost indecently purple in colour. The nose exhibits the carbonic pastille notes to begin, then evolves more floral aromas of mint and lavender, accompanied by fresh fruits such as framboise and cherry. The palate is delightfully lively with the acidity carrying the fresh fruit flavours gracefully across the tongue. A wine that should be served out of the fridge. (6 x 75 cl)

Bodegas Entrecepas Rioja Joven DO
Description: Red colour with purple hues. Milky aromas with a touch of liquorice and butter. Smooth, well balanced with a certain final acidity. After the grape stripping, fermentation is carried-out at a controlled maximum temperature of 26º. In the heart of the Rioja, we find the vineyards of the Entrecepas Wine Cellars. The grape harvest in our vineyards is done by hand and the grapes are taken to the wine cellar in small trailers so as not to damage them. During the fermentation, the temperature is controlled electronically in stainless steel tanks. Lastly, the wine is aged in American and French oak barrels. (12 x 75 cl)
