Bright salmon pink with a fine, persistent mousse this wine has a nose displaying strawberry and red berry aromas as well as a subtle yeast character. On the Palate there is a fresh, lively, full flavoured character with berry fruit flavours complemented by a creamy mouthfeel and texture. The finish is soft and dry with lingering flavours.
