Description: This wine is sourced from premium wine regions across south east Australia and good quality and steady ripening fruit with full varietal characters being developed were selected. Once in the winery this wine was matured with the subtle influence of French and American oak. Bright, pale straw with lime highlights this Chardonnay has tropical fruit aromas that greet the nose, melding with delicate notes of citrus and fig. A soft, creamy spice is evident from the subtle oak maturation. A medium to full bodied wine with elegant chardonnay flavours of stone fruit, citrus and honey.
