Mercier Brut Non Vintage Champagne
Description: A non-vintage Brut reflecting the Mercier house style, lively, intense and fresh, but still fruity. From a traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes from the latest harvest, the reserve wines from previous years are added to improve the balance and make the flavours more complex. White fruits predominate on the nose combined with fresh bread, with pears and stewed apples on the palate. (6 x 75 cl)

Chateau Maison Blanche Montagne Saint Emilion
Description: This beautiful 19th Century white stone Chateau sits above a vast cool, barriques-adorned cellar. The estate, in the south west corner of Montagne St Emilion, is planted predominantly with Merlot but also includes 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The average age of the vines is forty years old, harvest is predominantly manual and yields are kept to a minimum. Once fermented the wines rest in barriques, a quarter of which are new, for over a year. The wines are intense and terroir-driven, displaying at the same time, purity structure and individuality.
