Palliser Estate have found that even over the relatively small area they cultivate, there are great differences in soil types and climate which all help to add complexity to the wines it crafts. The Palliser Estate brand is the Flagship range from this company with a justified international reputation. This Chardonnay comes from the original vineyard planted in 1984 and is creamy with toasty aromas to begin with, followed by ripe peaches and honeypuffs. The palate is concentrated, textured and mouthfilling with melon and stonefruit flavours balanced by spicy oak and a cleansing acidity.
