Both vineyard harvests were blended following stainless steel tank fermentation and racking. A medium wine showing typical apple, lime and spice flavour combined with riper and more complex citrus flavours from an influence of botrytis. The wine style while young has a clean fresh flavour with a hint of sweetness and a crisp finish.
