Description: This Champagne is produced by blending the grapes and letting nature taint the wine before it enters the famous Pannier cellars for a minimum of 3 years ageing. This method is called Saignee and only a handful of Houses where the quest for quality and savour permit the winemaker to take a risk in doing this. A faint pink almost Salmon couloured champagne this is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
