Description: This Gevrey-Chambertin from Jean-Claude Boisset is made using fruit from old vines, primarily from two Premier Cru vineyards in Gevrey. Boisset used to buy wine from the grower who owns the Crepiot vineyard, but since Gregory's arrival they buy grapes instead. In addition, Gregory has worked closely with the grower to improve the quality of the fruit arriving at the winery. This quality shines through in the finished wine, which has lovely black cherry fruit giving way to a minerally yet luscious character on the palate. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: Chardonnay grown in the Barossa gives wines with delicious peach fruit chardonnay characters and wonderful depth of flavour. The Peter Lehmann white wine philosophy is very much about seeking the primary fruit characters. Oak fermentation and maturation is used very sparingly; just enough to give a touch of integrated spiciness and complex interest to the grape. Vibrant green/gold colour with a bouquet showing hints of freshly cut white peach and light smoky wood complexity. The Palate is long, with deliciously clean taut peach fruit, good structural acidity and a faint smoky undertone. It has completed malolactic fermentation which has given the palate creaminess and added complexity.
