Description: You'll note a persistent stream of very fine bubbles. The aroma is a fresh blend of fruits; golden delicious apples, pear and citrus lemon complex, with a light "bread rising" accent and faint nuances of toasted nuts which add to the complexity. The Chardonnay in the blend provides crisp acidity, citrus notes and structure as well as the signature faint greenish gold color. The Pinot Gris provides a complement of fuller fruit and spice components.
