Description: This Cabernet has nose of ripe mulberry, bramble, smoked meats and baked quince. The palate is soft and juicy with a savoury edge and shows fine tannins, subtle oak, and a wonderful cinnamon spice finish. The Bosworth family began growing grapes in McLaren Vale in the late 1840's. Today the Bosworth Edgehill Vineyard is located in Willunga to the south of the township, in the heart of McLaren Vale. The vineyard is situated in the foothills of the Southern Mount Lofty Ranges and is naturally irrigated by the water coming off these mountains as well as by the pristine waters of the Gulf St Vincent which lies to the west.
